This year’s challenge is focused on employer branding as there is currently a big discussion in different industries on how to find the best people for open job positions. On the other hand applicants complain that they cannot find suitable job descriptions that do fit to their skills and experience. The Digital Transformer research team found out that there is definitely a gap within the current recruiting and hiring process that needs to be filled.
How does the Digital Transformer Challenge 2019 work?
We will bridge the gap between recruiting and hiring through an international Social Media Challenge. Participants should send us a job description that fits exactly to their skills and experiences. Employers can apply as a jury member and select the top 3 job descriptions that would fit best to their current open positions.
